April 2019-Present

As a Real-Estate photographer at HomeVisit, duties include but are not limited to:

• Consistently delivering excellent images up to HomeVisit standards.

• Shoot anywhere from 3-6 properties a day

• Process images on computer and upload to HomeVisit servers.

• Safely transport camera equipment and other related instruments to and from

  jobsites, as well as equipment maintenance.

• Select and adjust picture composition, subjects, equipment, lighting, and post

  processing to achieve desired effects.

• Process photos, edit and retouch images and restore photos using Adobe Photo

  programs.

Worked on several projects for clients including; filming, video editing, website building, photography and video production:

• Edited film projects for corporations, film festivals and individuals

• Professional camerawoman for weddings, special events, commercial events, short films. 

• Handled multiple projects simultaneously, constantly meeting client deadlines through all stages

• Designed websites including Blogs & websites used in political campaigns

• Acted as Creative Director & Photographer for a number of studio shoots & themed shoots on location

• Created Social Media Content for various campaigns

As a Professor at the university duties include but are not limited to:

• Teaching Media Management, Print and Online Media Production, Print and Online

  Media Journalism, Intro to Media Technology and Intro to Mass Communication

• An Academic Advisor to over 100 students

• Creation of lesson plans

• Overseeing and Advising a student organization called "Reel Builders' in which

  students gain practical experience in the Mass communications field

• Filming and editing content for the Department of Mass Communications and the

  University's Television Station.

Coordinated and assisted with Video Production for the Department of Mass Communications, this included:

• Video Recording and Library Management of University station footage

• Video Editing of footage for broadcast & online

• Working on sound design for fully edited projects

• Assisted students with their individual video projects

• Developed programming for campus-wide television station

• Broadcasting live-coverage of on-campus and off-campus sporting events and other events such as graduations and large scale campus events

• Started ‘Reel Builders’, an on-campus video Production club for Students to gain practical experience outside of the classroom

I was a Graduate Assistant for the chairman of Mass Communications. Department duties included, but   were   not   limited to, extensive marketing and public relations for the department, event planning and management, co-teaching   classes, office   management, record keeping & research

At New Millennium Studios I was on a team of professionals working to produce a documentary film about Pocahontas Island (located in Petersburg, VA).   I helped with many stages of the production of the film as well as acting as the liaison for all communications for this project. I also helped with fund-raising, and organizing interns.
